As we commemorate World Environment Day, let’s reflect on the precious gift our planet is, one that we must preserve and protect for future generations. Our responsibility extends beyond our own interests; it encompasses the legacy we leave for the coming years.
Engaging the younger generation is pivotal to building a sustainable world. By educating and inspiring our children, we equip them to become stewards of the environment. Encouraging youth involvement in environmental initiatives is essential for our collective future.
In partnership with Setu, our esteemed organization in India, we organized a poster-making competition for underprivileged children. The theme centered on the importance of Earth conservation. Providing them with sheets, colors, and all necessary stationery, a total of 28 kids enthusiastically participated in the event.
The creations produced by these young minds were truly remarkable and inspiring, making the selection of prize winners quite challenging. While six children were awarded prizes, all participants received gifts as tokens of appreciation and encouragement.
